OBS stops streaming correctly when graphics settings are changed

When vid_restart is called (which happens when the "Apply" button is pressed in the graphics settings), OBS thinks Xonotic is dead and starts streaming other windows, probably because the window disappears for a second. I do not know if the issue is on OBS's side or on Xonotic's side, but if we could keep a dummy window alive during the switch, it would be nice.
