feature request: disable entity culling for spectators
The CPU load from entity culling is small on most maps, but with many spectators it becomes a significant waste of CPU, so it would be good to be able to disable it. The main advantage would be for tournament matches that a lot of players want to watch.
Also players often use cl_clippedspectating 0
and culling causes the entities to appear and disappear when the camera is in or near a solid, with big spikes in bandwidth use when clipping through walls.
