Menu & HUD not separated per eye when using r_stereo
When using stereoscopy (eg: "r_stereo_horizontal 1") the HUD as well as Main Menu are no longer mapped to each eye and remain stretched across the entire screen. This makes reading the HUD or using the menu with a VR headset impossible.
This issue does not exist in div0-stable but occurs in the master branch of the engine.
Added note: Ensure vid_pixelheight is also respected when in r_stereo mode.
