r_transparent_sortmindist needlessly set to 0 every frame
Enabling developer_extra I noticed that r_transparent_sortmindist gets needlessly set to 0 every frame, even if it already is 0.
meshqueue.c:

Likely the intended check should be if (r_transparent_sortmindist.integer < 0 ...
