direct link to livemap with "self" being a selected pilot
Hello,
I'm using XCTrack for several reasons. One of them being the safety it gives, knowing my closed ones can track me anytime. My parents recently gave me the feedback they were unable to follow anything since the livemap filtering was not easy for them to use (small phone screen, long list of pilots, etc.) I'm wondering if a simple feature such as: personal livemap url link (with userID in the url for exemple) would make sense ?
That way, I have a "permanent url" that is easy to share to anyone and that is pointing to:
- "not launched yet" page (if there is no livetrack yet since I'm walking up or I'm still at launch area | xctrack not started)
- livemap with myself as a xctrack pilot being selected if I'm in the air
- redirecting to today's last flight when the flight is uploaded after I've landed. I'm writing last flight of the day because I may be doing hike and fly and there could be several flights in the same day.
Happy to hear feedback, comments, and if I'm the only one with parents/friends, not being that good at filtering out pilots in the livemap ! Thank you and keep going, the app is really great !
