SSS cylinder optimization for the best point

For an exit start when the thermal zone is far away to the best point for the shortest track : we need to know the time to start for this point and not for the optimized point to our current position. the point for this shortest distance for the next point is really important to maximise the leadind points at the beginning of the task. this point is the red cross on the attached picture and not the purple circle like now.
