Illegal instruction 4 Error

Hi there, Thank you so much for developing and sharing such a wonderful model. I am very keen to run your model but can't. I have followed all the instruction and without any problem but it doesnt work. Even the command 'captan-core -h' or any other command in this webpage gives me the following error:
