Display progress bar with cancel option when scanning new dataset

For pipelines initialised from pipeline.cfg and via "Add dataset" at runtime:

• Display progress bar dialog so that user can estimate duration of scan process (in particular for GRIB files)
• Add "Cancel" button to dialog so that pipeline initialisation can be cancelled
