WIndows 11 24H2 Merge Request

Hey, after some research I did a fix for adding Windows 11 24H2 to the code. Is there a way to have a merge reqeust created to the main upstream project?

My current branch supporting W11 24H2 is https://gitlab.com/altima/wsusoffline/-/tree/win11-24h2?ref_type=heads
