PR for Linux script build_date update

As I didn't have rights to commit directly into the WSUS Offline Update repo, I would like to suggest that the following commit be made at the Linux scripts, as the -I parameter isn't available from the native date command from macOS, so this commit attempts to use the GNU version available from coreutils package.
