Please pull in new Windows 10 KB5015684 22H2 upgrade enablement package released 2022-10-27

There appears to be a new 32KB Windows 10 Upgrade enablement package for upgrading to Windows 10 22H2 with KB5015684. This was not pulled into the last patch set that I created using master on 2022-11-09. I'm assuming some kind of tweak is needed to see it, would someone please incorporate it?
