Error: Download failure for w100 glb

Good Morning,

Been experiencing issues with trying to get the latest updates. The error I am receiving are seen below. I have tried adjusting and keeping the modifications dates as depicted on the forum, but no luck. I have checked 2004/20H2/21H1/21H2 selected for Windows 10 x86, and 2004/20H2/21H1/21H2 selected for Windows 10 x64. I have tried selecting others, which all do the same thing. I have selected with verify and without, same problems. I have tried older versions of the same software (older releases, same issue). I also tried downloading the AutoLogon.zip, Streams.zip and exporting them into the respective directories, no luck.

Below is the error message from the log file. This would the be first time I have experienced an issue about this so far. I have tried fresh downloads with same results. (also turned off things that might prevent the download from downloading completely like anti-virus, defender, etc).
