Both 12.5 and master trunk from 2021-06-10 have issues with June patch Tuesday files.

For some reason the WSUS offline update community edition master branch still seems having a lot of issues with the June 2021 patch Tuesday updates. A Windows 10 1809 64bit system w/ Office 2013 x86 being patched using a Offline patch set made yesterday using a download of the master branch got further than the 12.5 release but still had a lot of issues. The following updates gave Warning Update not found type messages: kb937961, kb954326, kb2817444, kb4481252, kb5003171, kb5001955, kb4484527, kb5001953, kb5001934, kb5001963 Some of those don't matter but the later high kb #s such as kb5001963 are remotely exploitable code execution security fixes. It would be good to figure out what is going on there. Windows 2016 patched with that same set got further but there were five attempts to install five different versions of kb4577586 all of which failed with errorlevel -2145124329. I believe that is a KB that attempts to uninstall Flash.
