Add a way to measure user behavior

As part of the continous improvement process of Antidoc it's important to understand how Antidoc is used.

Use Measurement Protocol to obtain anonymous information like:

• LV version used
• UI or CLI
• Installation through VIPM
• Error on document generation
• Document generated (time to process)
• Antidoc version
