parse project within specified application context

Issue: When the caller of the Project Parser uses the same PPL as the project which should be parsed, but the two PPLs are stored in different paths, LV cannot open the PPL from the project to be parsed.

Solution: To prevent name conflicts, all items from the project which should be parsed needs to be opened in the application context of that project.
