Create separate section describing stand-alone VIs used

In the module overview diagram it shows stand-alone VIs that are used to request or receive broadcasts. I think a separate section describing these VIs would be nice. For instance we have a "Launcher" vi that is not part of any library. It would be good to see a description of this in the document.
