GitLab QA training

Once we have a manual action in CE / EE projects, it might be a good idea to share the knowledge about what GitLab QA is, how it works, how to use it, and how to write / fix tests.

We are now a little blocked by changes in Omnibus, but I expect that we should be able to resume work on CE / EE button within a month or so. Once we have, we can invite interested people to the call, something similar like Gitaly training.
