Dublin Imports

As a member of Dublin 2019
I would like to have an account with in CoNZealand
So that I can nominate for Hugo in 2020

Currently we have an un-duplicated export from Dublin 2019 that Tammy has put together. People in this export need to be able to be pulled into CoNZealand with their membership in order to be able to nominate.

Scope

• Create an importer using the titles eligibility,DUB#,NZ#,Class Type,FNAME,LNAME,combined,EMAIL,CITY,STATE,COUNTRY,notes
• For people who have dublin in elegibility, they need an account against that email address
• All other entries should be skipped
• When this is done we need to send people a mailout
• There are 2 mailers, one for dublin imports and one for conzealand members to say nominations are open
• We need to know if this can be done (check in sendgrid what our limits are)
• You should be able to run these with rake tasks
