[Cookies] Add implementation for cookies

Cookies

For cookies we can use attributes and mark them like @ReturnCookie

for example

class MyViewWithCookies {
   @ReturnCookie('session') // Here we can rename the field 
   userSessionID: string;

   @ReturnCookie() // this will get the name 'customCookie' automatically
   customCookie: string;
}
