[degiro] fix various error
There is various crash probably because of update on degiro side.
- AccountDetailsPage is now in XML format (was JSON)
- FLATEX_USD, FLATEX_EUR, etc.. are currency products without isin or exchange_id, leading to crash in obj_vdate and obj_stock_symbol functions.
