Section 11.5. "Preferences" of the Wireshark User's Guide needs significant expansion and updating
## Summary
The Preferences dialog has a Help button that opens up section 11.5. "Preferences" of the User's Guide in a Web browser, but that section isn't up to date and doesn't give help for any individual preferences.
## Steps to reproduce
1. Want to change the window title to include full path information for the capture file, the name of the profile being used, or the Wireshark version.
2. Open the Preferences dialog and hit the Help button.
3. Notice that it doesn't show the "Window title" or "Prepend window title" fields (which are the fields that should be used to change the window title - they've been there since at least 3.6);
4. Go into the "Advanced preferences" section mentioned on the page, see some preferences that look promising (which they are, as they're the internal names for "Window title" and "Prepend window title").
5. Notice that the page also doesn't say how to get them to include the desired information in the title.
6. Give up and [ask about this on ask.wireshark.org](https://ask.wireshark.org/question/31896/adding-file-path-to-title-bar/), which adds the turnaround time for asking and getting an answer to the total time taken to solve the problem.
## What is the current bug behavior?
Not enough information when you ask for help - and what's there is a bit out of date.
## What is the expected correct behavior?
Up-to-date and information complete enough to let you know what escape sequence you should use and that you should put it in "Prepend window title"..
