EtherCAT CoE header unknown type
## Summary
Capturing Ethercat Canopen over Ethercat Mailbox Communication is encoded incorrectly.
## Steps to reproduce
Capture communication between Ethercat Master and COE capable slave.
## What is the current bug behavior?
Instead of decoding value 8 for **SDO Information** in the COE Header, it is shown as **Type: Unknown**
## What is the expected correct behavior?
It should show **SDO Information**
