[feature] Request to Include Irish/Gaeilge for Translation on Transifex

Dear Wireshark Team,

I recently applied to localize Wireshark into Irish (Gaeilge) but received a message stating that my application was declined. I would like to request that Irish/Gaeilge be considered for inclusion as a language on the Transifex platform.

As someone who has previously worked on translation projects like Bitcoin, Shotcut, and Nextcloud on Transifex (all of which were completed to 100%), I am confident in my ability to contribute to the Wireshark localization. I don't see any reason why Irish should not be included alongside other languages that are already supported on Transifex.

I would be happy to create a pull request to properly set up the language, should that be necessary. The setup would likely require a gettext PO file (debian/po/ga_IE.po), a Qt Linguist file (ui/qt/wireshark_ga_IE.ts), and a flag image (image/languages/ga_IE.svg) for the preferences dialog - something which I have done before.

For the Irish language, the appropriate language code would be ga_IE, which corresponds to the dialect used in Ireland.

I hope you will consider this request, and I look forward to the possibility of contributing to the Irish localization of Wireshark.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Kind regards,
