Show axes in KB, kbps, etc, as appropriate in TCP Stream Graphs

Description

The current axes in the TCP Stream graphs (Throughput, Stevens, tcptrace, Window Scaling) current describe large numbers either by the raw number or by scientific notation.

It would help readability to display values as KB, Kbps, MB, Mbps, as appropriate.

Specifically, the window scaling graph should show "80K" instead of 80000 and "80M" instead of 80000000. Both the Stevens and tcptrace graphs should show "80K" instead of 80000 and "80M" instead of 80000000. And the Window Scaling graph should show 80K or 80M as appropriate for both the unacked bytes on the left vertical as well as the window size on the right vertical.
