Unable to open "Release Notes" from the "Help" menu
Summary
When selecting "Release Notes" from the Wireshark help menu, nothing happens.
Steps to reproduce
Open Wireshark Select "Help", then "Release Notes"
What is the current bug behavior?
For a fresh Wireshark install, nothing happens at all.
(For a 4.4.0 install over the top of an earlier install, release notes for the older version appear in a browser tab)
What is the expected correct behavior?
4.4.0 Release notes (file "Release Notes.html") should open in a browser tab.
Relevant logs and/or screenshots
The problem is due to a rename of the readme file from "release-notes.html" in previous versions to "Release Notes.html" in 4.4.0
