Updater for 4.2.1 hangs

Steps to reproduce
- Start Wireshark.
- Open the "Software Update" dialog, either automatically when starting Wireshark or via Help -> Check for Updates...
- Click the "Install update" button.
- After the update has downloaded and "Ready to install" is displayed, click the "Install update" button.
- The installer dialog (and Wireshark) hang and have to be forcibly terminated.
What is the current bug behavior?
The installer hangs and the application is not updated. See above steps.
What is the expected correct behavior?
The application should be updated.
