Opening Wireshark with -z io,stat option

Summary

I try to open graph window via cmd console with adding "-z io,stat" option. But each time got GUI Warning. I tried to reinstall and update Wireshark. But if i open this graph window from Statistics:IO-Stat in GUI it works perfectly.

Steps to reproduce

PowerShell or cmd: wireshark.exe {Path to any pcap file} -z io,stat

What is the current bug behavior?

Each time i get error:

PS C:\Users\Timofey\Desktop> wireshark D:\lteenb.pcap -z io,stat

And wireshark open without graph window

What is the expected correct behavior?

It should open graph window on opening.
