Wireshark Expert Info - cannot deselect the limit to display filter tick box

Wireshark Expert Info - cannot deselect the limit to display filter tick box - in 4.0.0

Steps to reproduce

Perform a packet capture on any interface. Then add a display filter 'arp' Now select Analyze> Expert Info - you get the pop up. Cannot deselect the 'Limit to Display Filter' tick box.

What is the current bug behavior?

Described in steps to reproduce.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Should be able to deselect the fact the display filter has been used.
