Wireshark 3.6.4 not installing on Windows

The Windows installers for Wireshark 3.6.4 were built with Visual Studio 2022. The Visual C++ redistributable installer that ships with this version of Visual Studio has a slightly different name (vc_redist.x64.exe vs vcredist_x64.exe), and the Wireshark 3.6.4 installer tries to install the old name.
