Give name resolution precedence to hosts file over discoveries via DNS pkts

Description

When name resolution is enabled and IP is defined in local config hosts file and is successively also encountered/resolved via captured DNS pkts, the captured DNS pkt FQDN is used vs the local hosts file entry. Based on ask.wireshark.org exchange (link below), the name resolution behavior is based on last discovery method. It would be good if there was a way to indicate precedence so that the local config hosts file entries can be prioritized over any DNS pkt discovered FQDNs.
