CSV Export Issue
Summary
When I was trying to export Wireshark file (pcapng) into csv for my tcp-ip application (IEC104), it was noticed that, some of the information is not present in csv file, but it was available in pacpng file
Steps to reproduce
Open Wireshark & Menu/File/Export Packet Dissections/As CSV
What is the current bug behavior?
Application Layer information is missing
What is the expected correct behavior?
Wireshark should export complete information captured in Ethernet

Its showing more data
test.pcapng
The csv file contain only IOA 1025 but actual pcapng contains more IOA Data. We use this for Traffic Analysis

Issue Observed with 3.4.1 & 3.6.0 (latest stable version)(In Wireshark, select Help->About Wireshark from the main menu and use the button "Copy To Clipboard". Please paste the complete output here. Or from the command line, run tshark -v or wireshark -v)
