Wireshark cannot parse quic packet
Summary
Packet capture from a quic(http3) server cannot parsed by Wireshark. Wireshark shows "Secrets are not available".
Steps to reproduce
Feed the SSL key log to Wireshark, then open the pcap file with the Wireshark
What is the current bug behavior?
Only shows quic and "protected payload"
What is the expected correct behavior?
Showing TLS layer information and http3
