The release lifecycle should be somewhere more obvious than a Development subpage in the Wiki

People who aren't developers have asked questions about the release life cycle and the roadmap for future releases. See, for example, https://ask.wireshark.org/question/34623/end-of-lifeeolend-of-supporteosdates/.

Unfortunately, that information isn't available directly from the main Wireshark web site; the release life cycle information is on the Development/LifeCycle page in the wiki, and the roadmap is on the Development/Roadmap page in the wiki.
