Downloads from mirrors are slower than www.wireshark.org

Downloads from all mirrors are extremely slow, less than 400 kilobytes per second on a gigabit connection. https://2.na.dl.wireshark.org/win64/Wireshark-win64-4.0.10.exe is slow, anything from https://www.wireshark.org/download/win64/ is fine.
