In this feature, we send new fields to the Wingbits servers:

- alt_geom: the geometrical altitude given by the GPS.
- gs: the ground speed of the aircraft.
- geom_rate: the geometrical altitude change rate in ft/min.
- on_ground: if the aircraft is on ground.
- squawk: squawk identifier.
- rssi: received signal intensity.

We also change the alt_baro to only send the barometric altitude and not the "on_ground" value.
