Non-Admin users are unable to change username in Wordpress 6.2.2

Describe the bug

Non-Admin users, despite being allowed in settings, are unable to change username in Wordpress 6.2.2

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Activate the plugin
2. Navigate to settings->username changer
3. Select "Subscribers" (doesn't matter if others are checked or unchecked)
4. Save settings
5. Login as a subscriber
6. Navigate to profile and try to edit username

Expected behavior

Subscribers (or any other non-admin roles) are able to edit their own username

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

• I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only Username Changer is active.
• This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
