Insta360 improvements checklist

Description

#462 might end up being a considerable refactor of the insta360 library, but fitting it into the milestone would cause spillovers.

We need to figure out what's the bare minimum of work that can be done surrounding this to ensure that video operations (streaming) are stable for the alpha2 test flight, while the general quality of life improvements would be tackled properly and fully in #462 itself.
