Add as much logging as possible surrounding video operations for debugging

Description

• full ffmpeg logs
• timestamps regarding ffmpeg-related events (starts, crashes, proper exists, etc) - potentially extract stuff from stdout?
• rq worker boot/shutdown/crash times (would this even help with anything?)
• device connectivity status changes - e.g. Insta360 connects/disconnects + Client's code doing the same
