[SailfishOS] Separate out the Shareplugin from main Whisperfish into a separate RPM

Since !127, we have a shareplugin. It doesn't work without intervention because of SailJail, and it's most probably Harbour-illegal. It's probably useful to have this in a separate RPM, to minimize the amount of hacks necessary.
