Several issues trying to run with 0.17.4

I've been very excited to finally use this but it's failing to load for me. The naked-rails mod has multiple issues.

First, the goes-to-quickbar flag doesn't seem to be valid for the entries in data.lua.

If I comment out those flags I get an error about a sprite rectangle being outside of the actual sprite.
