Animation frames not yet implemented

Hello, I converted animated GIF using cjxl.

Right now I can't open the generated JXL file using C API, I get jpeg-xl/lib/jxl/decode.cc:797: Animation frames not yet implemented message.

When it will be implemented, I look forward some example how to work with animations.
