Segfaults / missing output when encoding / decoding on macOS.

I just built the project on MacOS 11.4 without trouble (late 2013 MBP, i7 CPU...). However, my first few attempts to encode or decode anything are less successful.

I have some j2c previously encoded with https://github.com/aous72/OpenJPH/. When I try to decode these, TT reports successly complete!, but I can't find an output file.

When I try to encode (eg TT -i inputfile -o ttest -f tif -F j2c), I always seem to get Segmentation fault: 11.
