Turn off Heroku site

  • Move DJANGO environment variables as appropriate
  • Set up SendGrid integration
  • Confirm that we are not using Recaptcha
  • Move STRIPE environment variables as appropriate
  • Move unneeded environment variables as appropriate
  • Turn off Heroku site entirely
