Exclude ZF-Accordion from ZF Smooth scroll

ZF Accordion https://get.foundation/sites/docs/accordion.html has its on options for (smooth) scrolling and should not be handled by our drowl_base.anchor_handling.js otherwise there's no way to disable it in the accordion settings and it's confusing.
