Increased the length of time (3 weeks to 3 months) that an app can appear in the "Latest/New Apps" section.

- Considering that F-Droid is 10 years old I felt this was the correct thing to do.
- After release an app can be updated as many times needed but will only appear in the "Latest(or New) apps" section until it is updated after about three months. Then it can appear only in the 'Updated Apps' list.
