Quick and dirty commit of all CSS and semantic HTML changes so far that are up for discussion.

Code in the sidebar-donate.scss is especially protracted and might benefit from mixins.
...Same with internal header gradient.
...Same with layout.scss material-button.find icons in material buttons

Where the lines look identical I changed the hyphon for a non-breaking hyphen, this should be tested somewhat to ensure that email and other programs can handle the less conventional character.

Starting to think I shouldn't be do a single big commit like this. :(
