README not up to date

The README file is not uo tp date while the tutorial notebook is gone. Which is now the entry point?

jupyter lab tutorial .ipynb

Furthermore the

source activate dl

was a bit unclear to me. I have no program called source under Windows or in my python/anaconda installation? For me it worked to use:

activate.bat dl
