Mash Acidification is requiring 3x more lactic acid than i expected, compared with BrunWater spreadsheet
I replicate the sabe recipe on my BrunWater spreadsheet and the amount of lactic acid was screamly contrastant.
Brewfather is asking to add 4.7ml Brunwater is asking to add 1.5ml
I put just 1.5ml and the Mash pH nailed 5.3
