(Responsiveness) Left/right padding of text on small devices

It appears there are a few instances of text that do not adhere to the margins on mobile. Whereas most text leaves ~20 pixels on either side of the page for space, some fields do not follow this and that text is directly next to the screen edge.

Note: also discuss whether there is clean up required in the content somehow, as the example in the screenshot below, in addition to having wonky padding, represents DUPLICATED content on the page (both 'Ensure you're compliant...' statements are identical and appear one right after the other).
