The Bitcoin Wallet binary distribution has recently been removed from Google Play by Google, because their new validation process doesn't offer an option for decentralized teams and development processes. At the moment, there is no ETA for it becoming available again. Binaries must now be fetched from: https://f-droid.org/en/packages/de.schildbach.wallet/ or even better, use the reproducible build to build it yourself: https://gitlab.com/bitcoin-wallet/bitcoin-wallet/-/blob/main/build.Containerfile?ref_type=heads This affects both mainnet and testnet3 versions.
